Artists Beautify Wai`anae's Farrington Highway
Wai`anae Coast Visions of Aloha Traffic Box Proect
What: A community project coordinated by Valley of Rainbows to beautify the 11.5-mile stretch of Farrington Highway in Leeward O`ahu . Artists will begin painting up to 25 traffic boxes with murals showcasing the beauty, legends, nature and stories of the Wai`anae Coast.
WHO: Participating artists to date: Solomon Enos, Sarah Beaver, Christopher Koanui and Gladys de Barcza in partnership with Valley of Rainbows.
